Small services for testing and debugging networks, phones and passwords. Most of them run on my own servers and network (AS196621).
Phone test
A phone number for testing a phone line or SIP account: DTMF test, echo test, caller ID read back, a 15-minute music test, and BOFH excuses and Picard tips for entertainment.
ip6.ch
Shows your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, request headers and TLS details. It also has network tools: a traceroute that plots each hop on a map, a BGP looking glass, DNS and WHOIS queries, GeoIP and MAC vendor lookups, a website reachability test over IPv4 and IPv6, and the originAS browser plugin, which shows the AS number and country of the website you're visiting.
Hash
Generates MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512 and RIPEMD-160 digests and crypt() password hashes (DES, MD5, bcrypt, SHA-256, SHA-512)
for a string. Everything is calculated locally, and nothing is sent to the server.
NTP server
ntp.freestone.net is a stratum 1 time server with a GPS reference clock. Its web page shows the live GPS fix and position.
Looking glass
Queries the BGP routing table of FreeStone Systems (AS196621): IPv4 and IPv6 BGP summaries and routes for a prefix.
